"What do I need to do before the photo shoot?"

This is honestly the most important part. To achieve the best results for your photos it is well advised to tidy up as best as you can. Think of how a hotel room looks like when you first walk in. We can easily hide small objects, like soap dispensers or toothpaste, during the photo shoot then un-hide them as we leave but anything outside of that would need to be taken care of beforehand. This is not a maid service but we do know a few if you are in the market.

"Do we need to be here or can we leave?"

You don't have to be present during your appointment if you don't want to be. It's greatly encouraged that you take this time to treat yourself to a tasty meal or get your nails done. The only thing that we require is a way to access the property; be that with a key, door code, or just by you letting us in!

"How long is turnaround? When can I expect my photos?"

Turnaround is all depended upon work load, but on average we can have photos edited and proofs ready in 2-3 business days. Bribing us with Starbucks may speed up the process.

"Speaking of proofs, how does that process work?"

After your photo appointment, your photos will be edited to add the Ancient Sky professional appeal we are known for. We will superimpose a company logo clearly stating that these images are for review only and not to be used. Then you are supplied a link to the gallery for review. Once the final approval from you is given we will deliver the photos, with watermarks removed, in the method of your choosing.

"What method of delivery is most common?"

The fastest and easiest way that we can delivery your photos to you is with a Dropbox link. This link can only be viewed by you and you can directly download them from this link as well. Other methods can be arranged, so please make sure to let us know as we are not mind-readers!

"How can I pay you for this awesome service?"

Cash, check, or online with a credit card. Remember, we only release the final photos to you after payment has cleared so feel free to get some cashback when you leave the salon/bar/restaurant.

"What am I allowed to do with these photos?"

What ever your heart desires but within reason. Ancient Sky Designs will still claim rights to the photos but you are allowed to use them for which ever personal reason you choose. Any persons or entities outside of our direct clients will need to gain permission to use our photos.

"How do I know who to let in my house come appointment time?"

You can easily spot our photographers by their cheery smiles and camera bags filled with equipment. In case that is not good enough for you we can arrange a secret handshake or a special password.
